Pamper Party Procedures
Our Parties – the process end to end:
Before a pamper party:
Give us a call to check availability.
We will ask for a deposit to secure your booking. We make this as pain free as possible and have the ability to take credit / debit card payments over the phone although a small charge applies for the use of this option. Alternatively you can transfer payment direct through your online banking system or PayPal.
Once your party is booked you will be allocated one of our party managers who will work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your Pamper Me pack will be posted out with party invites and consultation forms for you and your guests.
7 days before the party:
The completed consultation records need to be back with us.
We will contact you to check everything is ok.
During a Pamper Party
The Pamper Crew will arrive 30 minutes before the party so they can set up.
Payment should be given to the Pamper Crew upon arrival.
After a Pamper Party
All robes, and non disposables etc are returned and packed away, we give a general tidy up and say our goodbyes.
After the party we will send you a satisfaction survey and for every completed survey we receive back we will send you a small gift to say thank you.
