Pamper Party FAQs
What areas do you cover?
Our pampering parties cover all of West Yorkshire, which includes the following areas: children’s parties Leeds – Wakefield – Castleford- Pontefract – Sheffield – Rotherham – Barnsley – Bradford – Doncaster – Halifax – Huddersfield – Harrogate – Knaresborough – York – Yorkshire.
Travel outside this area will always be considered, however a travel surcharge may be applicable.
What ages are your children’s parties suitable for?
Our children’s parties start from age 4 upwards. Our party packages have been developed to ensure there is something for everyone. Some parties are best suited to younger children, with others aimed at teenagers. Parties can be tailored to the age group of your girls.

How long do the parties last?
The duration of the parties depends on the party package booked and the number of girls attending. In general they last approximately 2 hours. Please see the individual party details on the Children’s Pamper Party Packages page which give an idea of the length of each party.
Is there a limit to how many children I can invite?
No, the way we are structured means we can cater for larger numbers. If you are planning a truly enormous party, why not give us a call to chat it through? Our number is 01132 536000.
What venues can I use for my children's party?
95% of people choose to hold a children’s party in their home, however we can deliver your pamper party wherever you want. If you need help with alternative locations give us a call as we have links with a number of great children’s party venues in Leeds and Yorkshire which are available for hire.
How long do you need for setting up and packing away?
We need approximately 15 minutes either side of the party.
How much notice do I need to book a party?
We receive bookings months in advance, so would suggest booking early to secure your date.
Are you public liability insured?
Yes we do have full public liability insurance.
How do I book & pay for a party?

Is there a food break during the party?
We prefer it if you feed the children either before or after we have delivered the party entertainment.
What care is taken of my belongings?
We take great care with your furniture. However we do suggest that you remove anything that is of value to be on the safe side…as with any children’s party!
What other help can you provide?
We have a number of optional extras detailed on the Party Packages and in the Optional Extras section.
In addition we also provide FREE personalised invites which have been designed and printed professionally. They will arrive in your pamper pack once your booking has been confirmed.Â
Whilst we provide the entertainment activities to keep the guests occupied whilst they wait their turn to be pampered, we are not insured to supervise the children without parents/guardians present. The pamper crew’s main aim is to deliver the pampering in a quality manner. Therefore we insist that at least 1 other adult is available to supervise if we need them to.  If you want us to provide more support for the activities, this can be arranged for a small extra charge.
What happens if my party host is ill on the day of my party?
Your party is very important to us, if the situation arose where someone was ill and the rest of the Pamper Crew were out hosting other parties, we would offer you an alternative date or a full refund if necessary. That said, this hasn’t happened before as we have a large team to call upon.
What if something goes wrong?
Our escalation process is: pamper crew host, party manager, head office. We are confident that in the unlikely event of any issue arising, our Pamper Crew will be able to resolve any such issues immediately.
